The required documents :

Citizens:

• The original card with a national number, or a valid passport.
• Two 4*6 personal photos.
• A copy of the personal/family card or passport of the parent (minor/guardian) for those under 18 years old.
• A copy of the identity card and a true copy of the court’s appointment of the guardian.
• A copy of the birth certificate for the minor, along with the original certificate for conformity with a 4*6 photo.
